First 2012 Audi TT-RS Delivered In U.S.

First 2012 Audi TT-RS Delivered In U.S. Forth Worth, Texas, Audi has delivered the first 2012 Audi TT-RS in the United States for the veteran driver Don Istook racing cars. Last year, Istook was one of over 11 500 fans to sign the Audi TT-RS on Facebook petition drive, which helped persuade the current 360 hp Audi coupe in the United States.

The 2012 Audi TT-RS is powered by a 2.5 liter turbocharged five-cylinder TFSI 360HP and generates between 5,500 and 6,700 rpm and 343 lb.-ft. of torque between 1650 and 5400 rpm.

Audi TT RS has a black diamond patterned single-frame grille, large front air intakes, rear spoiler, oval exhaust pipes fixed, rear diffuser, 19-inch wheels and single rotor. It comes with a six-speed manual transmission, and features adaptive headlights. The interior also features RS-exclusive events such as the steering wheel profile sporty three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, door moldings aluminum logo RS and RS-specific interior door handles.

Audi TT RS Audi offers live radio with single CD player and MP3 playback capability and a free three month subscription to satellite radio SiriusXM. Other options include Audi Navigation plus traffic in real time based MMI, a Bose audio system and Audi music interface.
